Pastors & Ministers Conference

Rev. Mikiata L. Carroll

Pastors and Ministers Conference Director

Our Beginnings

The Pastors and Ministers Conference traces its origins back to a vision of unity and spiritual empowerment for leaders within the New Era Missionary Baptist District Association. Founded to provide a sacred space for rejuvenation and theological growth, our conference began as a small gathering of dedicated ministers seeking to strengthen their walk with God and their service to the Greater Kansas City community. From these humble roots, we have grown into a ministry that continues to foster doctrinal excellence and deep community bonds, honoring the legacy of those who first paved the way.
